1. Eligibility

1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
2. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the promoter, and anyone directly involved in administering or drawing the promotion, are not eligible.
3. Each entrant may submit one entry only. Duplicate, automated, incomplete or misleading entries may be disqualified.

2. Competition period

1. Entries open when this page is published.
2. Entries close at 11:59 pm AEDT on 31 December 2026.
3. The draw will take place live at 7:00 pm AEDT on 1 January 2027 through a Serenity Uncovered official channel. The live-stream location will be announced through official channels before the draw.

3. Entry requirements

1. Entry is free and no purchase is required.
2. Entrants must follow at least one official Serenity Uncovered social-media channel, or enter directly through the official Serenity Uncovered website.
3. Entrants must submit the official form on this page with their real name, email address, state or territory, nominated channel and username or profile link.
4. The provisional winner must provide reasonable evidence that the submitted details are genuine and that the entry requirements were satisfied.

4. Prize

1. The prize is one five-day trip to Pattaya, Thailand, for the winner and one guest.
2. The prize includes return economy airfares and accommodation arranged by the promoter, with a maximum total retail value of AUD $2,990 including GST.
3. Travel will take place during 2027 on dates agreed with the promoter and subject to availability. The promoter will choose the final itinerary in consultation with the winner and within the maximum prize value.
4. The winner and guest must hold valid passports and satisfy all immigration, visa, health and entry requirements.
5. Unless expressly included in the confirmed itinerary, passports, visas, travel insurance, meals, transfers, spending money, vaccinations, taxes and incidental expenses are the responsibility of the winner and guest.
6. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No amount will be paid for any difference between the stated maximum value and the actual booked value.
7. The winner will also be invited to appear on The Open Mic. Participation will be arranged reasonably and remains subject to consent, production requirements and scheduling.

5. Random draw and verification

1. After entries close, the promoter will remove identified duplicate and invalid entries and lock the valid-entry list.
2. Each valid entry will receive one number. During the live draw, an AI-assisted, auditable random-number process will select one provisional winner. AI will not judge or favour entrants.
3. The provisional winner will be contacted using the submitted email address and must respond within seven days.
4. If the provisional winner is ineligible, cannot be verified, declines the prize or does not respond within seven days, a redraw will be conducted at 7:00 pm AEDT on 8 January 2027 using the remaining valid entries.
5. The verified winner’s name and state or territory may be announced on the website and official Serenity Uncovered channels.

6. Privacy and platforms

1. Entry information will be used to administer, verify and report this competition, contact the winner, prevent duplicate entries and comply with legal obligations.
2. Information will not be sold. Entrants may request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@serenityuncovered.com, subject to record-keeping obligations.
3. This promotion is administered by the promoter and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or X. Entrants release those platforms from responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

7. General

1. The promoter may verify entries, disqualify fraud or interference, and suspend or modify the promotion where events outside its reasonable control prevent fair administration, subject to applicable law.
2. The promoter is not responsible for lost, late or technically unsuccessful entries outside its reasonable control.
3. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.
4. The promoter’s decisions concerning eligibility and administration are final, subject to applicable law.
